Grace Olsen

I recently joined the Charlotte community and bring a background in environmental planning, sustainability, and community engagement. Throughout my career, I have worked on projects focused on environmental compliance, NEPA documentation, climate resilience, and incorporating environmental and community considerations into transportation and infrastructure planning. I earned my Master’s degree from Indiana University Indianapolis and have a professional background in environmental compliance and workforce development. I’m excited to continue growing professionally while finding new ways to support my community. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, biking, running, and trying new ice cream places with my partner.
