Nicholas Orlando

I am beyond excited to join the EHS Department at UNC Charlotte!

I joined the EHS Department in 2024 as a Fire Safety Coordinator. I received my Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management in 2021 from the University of Central Florida. Post graduation, I worked at both Broward County Government and Palm Beach County Government in the Risk Management Departments as a Loss Control Specialist. I am brand new to the Charlotte area, and am looking forward to upholding the values and mission of the Environmental Health and Safety Department.

I enjoy my spare time by golfing, playing basketball, working out, and will be looking forward to listening to live music, exploring the city and the state of North Carolina.
