Injury Incident
The University engages in a program of voluntary compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina and with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and codes. To be effective, this program must be proactive and must embody the proper attitudes toward injury incidents on the part of all members of the University community.
What’s New
- A Supervisor Safety Checklist was developed to assist supervisors with implementing injury prevention strategies in their departments.
- Job hazard analysis (JHA) services are free to all university employees by submitting a safety service request.
- A Fire Safety Building Self-Inspection Checklist is available to assist with indoor injury prevention.
